  • What is the process like?

    1. You will pick out your jewelry based on the samples we have available at your event.

    2. Your Èternelle stylist will adjust your jewelry to our recommended fit and discuss possible sizing options.

    3. Let the welding begin!

      Once your jewelry has been welded, your stylist will accept payment. We accept debit and credit cards only.

  • What is your jewelry made of?

    All of our chains and bangles are made of 14K solid yellow or white gold to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime!

  • What if I want to remove my jewelry or it pops off?

    You can easily remove your permanent jewelry with scissors or needle-nose pliers by snipping where it was welded. If your jewelry happens to pop off, save your chain and we will give you one free re-attachment! Anything after that will be $10 to reattach. If the chain has lost its integrity (it has been stretched out beyond repair), a new chain will need to be purchased.

  • How do I attend an Èternelle Pop-Up?

    Èternelle does not have a brick and mortar storefront. We offer private parties and events, as well as pop-up events. Check out our EVENTS page to find an upcoming event near you or email eternellenashvile@gmail.com to schedule a private event!

  • How long does a permanent jewelry appointment take?

    The process lasts anywhere from 15-30 minutes, depending on how many pieces you are having welded.

  • Is permanent jewelry safe?

    Yes! Permanent jewelry is generally safe for anyone who does not have a metal allergy. Your skin will be protected from the welding machine and if you would like to watch the process, we can provide you with safety glasses.

  • How much does it cost?

    Our jewelry can range anywhere from $65-$350 depending on the chain, material, and length. You can find detailed pricing in our PERMANENT JEWELRY page on our website.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes, we are by appointment only, unless otherwise specified.

  • What is your refund/exchange policy?

    At Eternelle, we stand by the quality of our permanent jewelry and want you to love your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, our refund and exchange policy is as follows:

    Refunds

    Non-Refundable Items: All permanent jewelry pieces are specially made and personalized for each customer. As such, we cannot offer refunds once it has been welded onto your body.

    Exchanges

    Size Adjustments: We understand that sometimes the perfect fit can be elusive. If you need a size adjustment, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resize your jewelry.
